Routine / Guidelines for patients

All patients in our centre are required to follow the activities which are designed to help people learn natural way of life.

Though the routine are all based on Sun, the approximate timings are as follows.

Til 7 AM (from 5:30 or 6 AM) - Wake up, Oil pulling, brushing with special tooth powder, bowel evacuation, water drinking, '8' shaped walking,

Nose cleaning (Jala Neti), Eye washing with eye cup, Warm and sweet Herbal drink (Sukku kaapi).

7 AM - 8:30 AM - Yoga - Asanas which are convenient for the patient.

8:45 AM - Durva grass juice - to be drunk slowly ( அருகம்புல் சாறு, ढूब गास, Arukampul) and Kanji for assistants.

9 AM - 10 AM approx - General discussion and learning about nature cure (group activity).

Til 11:30 AM - Water drinking + Sun bath + Hip bath / Spinal bath / Leaf bath / Mud bath or Mud pack + Bathing.

11:30 AM to 12:30 PM - Lunch - Fruits, Boiled vegetables, Rice, Sambar, Rasam.

2:30 PM - Fruit juice usually or herbal drink / vegetable soup.

2:45 PM to 4 PM - Sun bath + Hip bath / Spinal bath.

4 PM to 5 PM - Breathing exercises, Pranayama and Meditation.

5:30 PM to 6:30 PM - Dinner.

After 7, anytime before 9 PM - Rest and sleep til next day wake up.

In-mates, either patients or assistants are expected not to indulge too much in Cell phone, lap-top or Television or any other electronics like music player, video games etc during stay in our centre and use the time with their body and mind instead. If required, use them with limitation and Loud musics are to be avoided considering other fellow patients' privacy.

Honey will be provided, which can be consumed any time apart from juice / food time in case of hunger or tiredness.

It is recommended that during the stay, plese try not to use soap, shampoo, oil, talcum powder at least from 2 nd day of stay to realise the power and forgotten nature of natural food and its effect on increasing general health and hence skin health and beauty also.

Relaxed mind can help you heal yourself more. Worry about family problems, fear about disease, constant remembrance of costly valuables in room etc can reduce / hinder your experience. So take care about it and plan your stay more intelligently.
